I am a software and digital technology professional working across website development, digital systems, automation, CRM, CMS, email marketing, creative digital & graphic design and AI-related workflows. My work combines technical development with digital marketing, visual design and business automation — helping people and businesses turn ideas into working digital systems.

I build AI-assisted websites, manage content through modern CMS platforms, organise and automate customer workflows in CRM systems, design email marketing experiences, and create creative digital and graphic design assets that support brand and product goals. Alongside this, I work across AI evaluation and AI data rating tasks, assessing response quality, relevance and accuracy against detailed guidelines.
